An 11-year-old student at Eisenhower Middle School in Kansas City, Kansas, was allegedly dragged into a school bathroom by three or four older students, physically restrained and assaulted, according to his attorney. The boy’s family is now pursuing a $5 million lawsuit against Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools, alleging the district failed to protect him from the attack.
