With his quick thinking and bravery, Drake steered the vehicle safely to the side of the road, then called 911 for help. His calm and decisive actions were praised by officials at the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office, where he was honored for his heroic efforts. Drake attributed his ability to handle the truck to his experiences on the family farm.
