At an age when many teenagers are still discovering their interests and preparing for school examinations, Lakshmanan Meyyappan has already made history in the world of finance. The Dubai-based Indian-origin teenager has been recognised by Guinness World Records as the world’s youngest male Chartered Accountant, having qualified at 16 years and 170 days in June 2021. His record was formally announced in February 2026.
