As schools increasingly embrace artificial intelligence, teachers are using AI to create lesson plans, exams and even grade children’s assignments, raising fresh concerns about whether technology is replacing essential human judgement in the classroom. About one in four teachers surveyed said they had used AI to grade or provide feedback on assignments and assessments, while parents and students warn that excessive reliance on the technology could undermine trust and affect how children learn.
