THE Presidential Communications Office (PCO) has launched “Sa Totoo Lang: A Digital Storytelling Challenge,” a nationwide short-form video contest for Grades 10 to 12 students in public and private schools. The contest invites students to produce 90-second videos highlighting the Marcos administration’s “Good News” programs and initiatives from the past 30 days, while promoting truth, fact-checking, civic responsibility, and the positive impact of government programs.
