Education Secretary Juan Edgardo Angara highlighted the creation of a new Cabinet cluster on education, announced by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., aimed at uniting the Department of Education, Commission on Higher Education, and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority to address learning gaps and education system reforms.
