A Tennessee mother has been charged with murder after her two-year-old daughter was allegedly shot and killed inside their Humboldt home, police said. Officers responding to the scene reportedly found the mother holding the unresponsive child and a handgun, before they intervened and took both the firearm and child from her. The child later died in hospital.
