February 7 2024- Social researcher Mark McCrindle, who defined those born between 2010 and 2024 as Generation Alpha, predicts that this group is likely to become the “largest in history,” according to Axios. McCrindle suggests that, as the immediate successors of Generation Z and primarily the children of millennials, the Generation Alpha cohort is expected to surpass 2 billion people. Often referred to as “iPad kids” due to the oldest members being born the same year the first iPads were released, they are growing up in a world where the lines between artificial intelligence and human experiences are increasingly blurred.
