The Eugene School District 4J Board of Directors unanimously approved a proposed contract with the Eugene Education Association teacher’s union at their Wednesday evening meeting. Brooke Wagner, the assistant superintendent of administrative services, presented the contract and recommended its approval. Wagner expressed pride in the collaborative effort between both teams and emphasized that the contract would help the district retain and attract high-quality staff over the next two and a half years of the three-year agreement.
