Meeting Street opens new learning center for children with special needs

A Providence-based nonprofit is expanding its services to support children with special needs by opening a new learning center.’On Thursday, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for the 29,000 square-foot Mondor Early Childhood Building, designed to support children of all abilities from prenatal through age five.

Meeting Street currently serves around 4,000 children, and President John Kelly anticipates that number will grow.
