A Sioux City man has been arrested for the alleged sexual abuse of a minor. According to court documents, Mark Vasquez, 21, called 911 Sunday just before 1 a.m., saying he committed a crime and that he thought someone was hurt. He said he was at Headington Park.
When officers arrived, they spoke with a woman who said she saw a video of Vasquez committing sexual acts with a two-year-old.
