A 15-year-old boy was hospitalized after being struck by a school bus in Rochester on Tuesday afternoon. Police reported that the boy was in a crosswalk when a 77-year-old bus driver, turning left from Thurston Road onto Dunbar Street, accidentally hit him. The boy suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital. The bus driver and Ontario Bus Company are cooperating with the investigation, and no criminal charges are expected. The students on the bus were unharmed and safely taken from the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
