The Kano State Government has delayed the start date for primary and post-primary schools for the 2024/2025 academic session, which was originally set for September 9, 2024. The postponement was announced by Balarabe Kiru, the Director of Public Enlightenment at the Ministry of Education, who cited urgent reasons for the change as explained by the Commissioner of Education, Umar Doguwa.
