Teachers to Reapply for Jobs under west El Paso School’s new Redesign Plan

The El Paso School District (EPISD) announced that teachers at Murphree Pre-K through 8 will need to reapply for their positions as part of a new initiative aimed at improving student excellence. The Murphree Pre-K through 8 Redesign, funded by a grant from the Texas Education Agency, will involve collaboration with the community to enhance programs and address specific needs. As part of the redesign, EPISD will recruit new teachers, requiring current staff to reapply for their jobs.
