March 5 2024- Miles Adkins, a Virginia school board member, has been arrested more than three years after the Jan. 6 Capitol riot. Federal prosecutors claim Adkins was caught on video entering the building and participating in the disorder. He faces four charges, including entering and remaining in a restricted building, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, and parading, demonstrating, and/or picketing inside a Capitol building. Adkins, 40, was taken into custody on Tuesday in connection with his alleged involvement in the events surrounding the Capitol riot.
