A judge in Clermont County ruled that Chad Doerman, accused of killing his three young sons in June 2023, had some of his rights violated in the hours following his arrest. Doerman, 32, was arrested after allegedly shooting and killing his sons: 3-year-old Chase, 4-year-old Hunter, and 7-year-old Clayton. His defense team claimed that Clermont County sheriff’s deputies violated his rights in the hours and days following his arrest during a hearing last month.
