Following the mother’s leap from an interstate wall, three-year-old twins were discovered deceased in a vehicle.

In Miami, tragedy struck as a pair of three-year-old twins, Milendhet and Milendhere Napoleon-Cadet, were found unresponsive in a vehicle while their mother, 42-year-old Shirlene Napoleon Alcime, jumped from a Miami overpass. Responding to a medical emergency call, the Miami-Dade Police Department discovered the twins and transported them to a nearby hospital, while their mother was taken to HCA Florida Aventura Hospital in critical condition after falling from a considerable height onto railroad tracks. Despite efforts, both children were pronounced dead at the hospital. The investigation into the toddlers’ deaths and the mother’s suicide attempt continues.
