July 17th 2019-Jeffrey Epstein, the wealthy financier previously convicted as a sex offender, was arrested July 6 on sex trafficking and conspiracy charges over allegations that he paid girls as young as 14 for sex and used them to recruit other young girls between 2002 and 2005.
