A teenager has been charged with drug and driving offences over a crash that killed a mobility scooter rider south of Brisbane.
Police arrived at Anthony Street, Kingston, where it was alleged a red Ford Focus failed to stop at a stop sign, colliding with a Holden Barina before crashing into a man on a mobility scooter on Saturday February 22.
The rider of the mobility scooter, Allan Smillie, 76, was declared dead at the scene.
