The Oklahoma senate has passed legislation to prohibit cellphone usage from bell to bell for at least one full year. Senate Bill 1-39, also known as the “Bell to Bell” bill, would require public school districts to develop policies that limit cell phone usage for the full school day for the entire 2025 to 2026 school year.
