Mother charged, Child flown to Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh from school after mother allegedly refused medical treatment

Charges were filed against a Pennsylvania mother after she was advised her 11-year-old should be flown to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and refused, according to police.
