February 23 2024- Reach A Hand Uganda, a youth-led non-profit organization, has launched a fundraising drive to provide 20,000 sanitary pads for girls in the Busoga region of Uganda. The initiative aims to address the challenges faced by young girls related to menstruation, which often leads to broader sexual and reproductive health rights issues. The organization has been involved in various projects, including the Undo the Taboo Campaign, Imara Girls Festival, Intergenerational Dialogue, and I Know Kati. The fundraising drive seeks to address menstrual health hygiene challenges and support the well-being of young girls in the region
