17-Year-Old Made RM76,000 Selling Child Sexual Abuse Materials Over 9 Months

A 17-year-old boy made RM76,000 selling child sexual abuse materials (CSAM) before he was busted by the police. The illicit transactions allegedly took place over the course of nine months, according to the New Straits Times. It is part of the latest crackdown on CSAM, called ‘Op Pedo Bersepadu’, which was led by the Sexual, Women, and Child Investigations Division (D11) with assistance from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).
