Seventeen-year-old Emmanuela Ilok has been awarded full scholarships to study Software Engineering at prestigious universities including Stanford, MIT, Yale, UPenn, Princeton, and Columbia. Education activist and CEO of Educare, Alex Onyia, highlighted her achievements on social media, noting her national recognition as Nigeria’s top performer in the International General Certificate of Secondary Education by the British Council. Additionally, Ilok developed a machine learning software for detecting breast cancer in women with a 91% accuracy rate.
