- Share Your Feelings: Opening up to trusted individuals about your emotions, whether good or bad, can boost your own joy and help ease pain.
- Focus on Small Steps: Instead of being daunted by the end goal, concentrate on incremental progress. Taking small, manageable actions towards your goals can increase motivation and hope. For instance, work on a task related to your goal for just 10 minutes a day.
