Krisanne Forsman and Katelyn Maday are both dedicated early childhood educators with a focus on supporting young children’s development.
Krisanne Forsman works as an early intervention teacher for infants and toddlers through the Sherburne and Northern Wright Special Education Cooperative, serving the Monticello, Becker, and Big Lake school districts. Her role involves home visits to help monitor and support the developmental needs of children under age three and assist parents in enhancing their skills to aid their children’s growth. She describes her work as centered on “development.”
Katelyn Maday is an early Head Start teacher at Reach-Up Head Start in St. Cloud, Minnesota, working with children from six weeks to three years old. Her daily activities include providing developmentally appropriate activities to support various aspects of child development, including cognitive, language, social-emotional, and physical growth. Maday’s passion for early childhood education began in her youth, leading her to pursue degrees in elementary and early childhood education, and she is now fulfilling her dream job at Reach-Up Head Start.
