Nine-year-old Osaivbie Izedonmwen has set a goal to read 200 books in 2024. According to a statement provided to the PUNCH, Osaivbie and his 12-year-old brother, Oghosa, are concerned that gadgets and laptops are diminishing their friends’ interest in reading. Osaivbie began his challenge in January and has been reviewing the books he reads on his Instagram page, titled ‘Read with us.’ He has now expanded the challenge by organizing a book and toy donation drive.
