Despite passing a physical and his mother’s request for him to join practices or help with equipment, the Klein Independent School District has prohibited his involvement. Elizabeth Walker, his mother, claims this decision is discriminatory and has filed a formal complaint with the Texas Education Agency (TEA), which will review and possibly investigate the issue.
