Emily Dickinson, aged 20, and Joshua Wooters, aged 19, both from Fulton County, are facing homicide charges following the death of their newborn infant in March. Dickinson allegedly threw the baby out of a second-story window of their apartment on the same day she gave birth. Wooters, the baby’s father, was reportedly present during the incident and is also facing charges related to the infant’s death. The newborn was found deceased on March 11 at 8:45 a.m., near a sidewalk on North 2nd Street in McConnellsburg, as reported by police records.
