Second arrest made in Durham trafficking case involving disabled teenager

Durham Police have arrested a second person in a human trafficking and prostitution case involving a disabled teenage girl. Now, an 86-year-old man is also in jail being held on a $1 million bond. Cornelius Hines, in court Tuesday morning for his first appearance, asked the judge if he could tell his side of the story about the allegations against him.
